What is an Environmental assessment and why it is important?
Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact Assessment is a study that promotes the sustainability of a project, measuring the impact whether is positive or negative to the environment.
These assessments are important as it will identify the potential impact and probability of an adverse outcome to the environment due to changes in the environmental conditions, mitigating and monitoring measures, promoting a knowledgeable decision making.
